In July of 2012 my family and I went to Paris for vacation. I was captivated and really fell in love with the art, especially the little boutique galleries. There were quite few galleries that were featuring work by artists that painted in a very POP style using bold subject matter and vibrant colors. ‘Lips’ was inspired by the art I saw there as well as the seduction of the city of Paris itself, in all of its sexy and alluring appeal.
